The M61A1 Armour Piercing Capped Shot was the main anti-tank round fired by the World War 2 M4 Sherman from its introduction in October 1942 until the end of the war.
The whole round weighed 9kg. The solid metal projectile weighed 6.8 kg and had a muzzle velocity of 620 metres per second.
It could destroy most German tanks when it was introduced but struggled later against heavier tanks like the Tiger.
Due to shipping restrictions this product cannot be sent outside of the UK.
